• Do not rely on your usual shirt or pant size. Marena sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizes.
• Use your current measurements. Bodies can change, especially during recovery, so measuring is more accurate than guessing.
• Check the correct size chart for the garment. Different styles may use different size charts.
• Between sizes? Choose the larger of the two sizes. If you are unsure, please reach out to us for guidance.

We understand that  you may need to return your purchase in unpreventable circumstances. Please note that we will readily accept a return for products in their original and untampered condition, including its packaging within 1 week business days of the purchase date. Opened, tampered packaging, custom, altered, or special order products are final sales and cannot be returned. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, we do not provide return labels.

 

1. Faulty Items: Please email us your order number, description of the issue and include photo(s) showing the fault.

 

2. Want to Cancel Order: Please email us your order number and tell us the reason for the cancellation. We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped. Processing fees of 5% of total purchased cost applies.

• Turn inside out before washing
• Machine wash on gentle/delicate
• Use cold or cool water only
• Use a mild, gentle detergent
• Tumble dry on low/delicate heat

For best results:

• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not use bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Do not iron

Be mindful of sharp fingernails to help protect the fabric from snags.
