    Bust:

    For Boleros and vests styles, measure around the fullest part of the bust while wearing undergarments.

    Under Bust Measurement:

    Before surgery, measure around the chest, directly beneath the breasts. This is your under bust measurement and will be the measurement used to determine your Design Veronique® bra size.

    Waist:

    Measure around the narrowest part of the waistline around or above the navel.

    Lower Hip:

    Measure around the fullest part of the lower hip area, keep tape measure parallel to the floor.

    Upper Bicep:

    With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of the upper arm, at or above the bicep- you will need someone to take this measurement.

    MALE PRODUCTS

    Chest: 

    With arms relaxed at sides, standing straight with feet shoulder width apart, measure the fullest part of the chest.

    Waist:

    Measure around the waist at the navel.

    Lower Hip Area:

    Measure around the fullest part of the lower hip area, keep tape measure parallel to the floor.

Custom, altered, or special order products are final sales and cannot be returned. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, we do not provide return labels.

    2. Want to Cancel Order: Please email us your order number and tell us the reason for the cancellation. We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped.

    3. Doesn’t Fit/Item Worn: We do not offer refunds if your item doesn’t fit or has been worn.

     

    TO HELP THE PROCESS RUN SMOOTHLY:

    1. Assure the garment is unopened/seal unbroken and in its original packaging.  

     

    2. If the garment packaging has been opened/seal broken, it will be inspected by Design Veronique distributor Quality Control Department under UV lighting to assure condition is 100% acceptable.

     

    3. The garment must not be washed, soiled, worn, altered or damaged, and free of odor, perfume and hair. Any garments received in any of these conditions will be denied a refund & the garment will be sent back to you.

    5. All returns are routed to Design Veronique distributor Quality Control Department for approval. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. 

     

    It is prohibited for the shipment of items that contain blood or bodily fluids, as these are considered hazardous. Any items received in this condition will be denied and not eligible for refund. The garment will be disposed of immediately.
