Dr Muya is a board-certified plastic surgeon with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She is based in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and has over 18 years of medical and surgical training. Dr Muya graduated from Kursk State Medical University and completed her plastic surgery master's program in Universiti Sains Malaysia.

She has further honed her skills through subspecialty training as a plastic surgery fellow at Hospital of Divine Saviour in Austria, where she received training in post-bariatric and post-massive weight loss body contouring, as well as lipedema surgery and lymphedema microsurgeries. Being a Stephen S Kroll Scholar and Fellow,  she completed a prestigious breast plastic surgery fellowship and scholarship program in University Gent, Belgium in collaboration with Beautiful After Breast Cancer (Beautiful ABC) Foundation, where she received specialized training in breast plastic and reconstructive surgeries under the guidance of world-renowned pioneers in that area. In addition, Dr. Muya has also gained experience in aesthetic surgery and cosmetic medicine through training with leading experts at Instituto De Benito in Spain. This training has allowed her to expand her skillset and offer a wider range of cutting edge cosmetic procedures including endoscopic surgery to her patients. Her focus on staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies ensures that her patients receive the highest quality care available. 

Dr Muya's approach to plastic surgery is grounded in the belief that finesse is crucial to achieving optimal results. Her goal is to restore abnormal body form and enhance natural beauty, instead of than making alterations that may unsuitable for a patient's body harmony. She takes a holistic approach to patient care, aiming not only to treat the symptoms or specific aesthetic concerns but also try to address the root cause of each patient's concerns.

With more than 10 years of experience serving as a government servant in the Ministry of Health of Malaysia and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre, she has a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of her patients.
